The Reserve+ application now informs about summonses from the CCC and SP: what you should know

The Reserve+ application is actively improving its functions, becoming the official digital channel for interaction between the state and military conscripts. Thanks to the updated notification mechanism, users can receive important information about events related to military registration and their status.

Today, Reserve+ already provides push notifications about several important points related to military registration, the Ministry of Defense reports.

Among the notifications that users can receive are the following:

inclusion of a person on the wanted list or his exclusion;
detection of violations in military registration and imposition of fines;
updating the Reserve ID identification number;
changing or obtaining personal credentials;
granting a deferral or making a reservation;
receiving an electronic referral to undergo a military medical commission.
The application also added the option to receive notifications about sending paper summonses from the territorial recruitment and social support center.

This new feature allows military conscripts to learn how to send a registered letter, prepare for its receipt via Ukrposhta, and better navigate their status.

A set of important information for users

Push notifications in Reserve+ are not summonses; they are only informational. The fact of their receipt does not mean the summons has been delivered.
Enabling notifications is voluntary – the user can independently configure this function in the application.
Notifications include the date and time the person is summoned to the territorial center.
The process of sending summonses remains unchanged: documents are printed and delivered via Ukrposhta.
Next changes

During the next quarter, developers plan to implement new notifications about military registration, its cancellation, and the end of the deferral, which should make user interactions even more efficient.
