Delays in the delivery of parcels from China: explanation from Nova Poshta
Recently, Ukrainian news sources reported that Nova Poshta, a leading express delivery company, may suspend processing parcels from Chinese online stores due to the Chinese New Year celebrations. However, the company denied the rumors on its official Telegram channel, assuring customers that they will receive their orders within the usual timeframe.
Nova Poshta emphasized that deliveries from popular platforms such as AliExpress and Temu are continuing without delays. The information disseminated concerned only the NP Shopping service, so buyers can rest assured that there will be no long lines for their goods.
At the same time, the NP Shopping website indicates that holidays in China may disrupt operations at local stores and logistics centers, potentially affecting order processing times.
Nova Poshta’s main focus remains express delivery of documents and goods, as well as large cargo.
