Timur Miroshnychenko named 4 stars who may return to Eurovision: which of them is ready for the new competition?
Ukrainian Eurovision host Timur Miroshnychenko has a clear idea of which artists could become the stars of the contest. While the audience is discussing new names, he looked into the future and announced several names whose return to the stage could be a real sensation.
But are these stars ready to take the stage again?
The first on Miroshnychenko’s list is Andriy Danylko, known to everyone as Verka Serdyuchka. “Verka is an undoubted icon,” he says, noting that, although Andriy is currently refusing, he may still feel an inner need to return to the stage. “It’s too difficult, and Andriy, as a subtle creative nature, perceives stress very sensitively. It is difficult for him to experience this tension again,” the host adds.
Miroshnychenko’s optimistic predictions concern Zlata Ognevich and Olena Topolia. He believes that their reappearance would not be just a copy of the past. “It would be a new story, because everyone who has gone this way returns with new impressions. And that is the magic of Eurovision,” he emphasizes.
The last on the list is MELOVIN. Miroshnychenko is convinced that his low result at the contest in Portugal was a mistake: “He absolutely did not deserve such a low position with which he finished his performance.”
At the moment, artists are discussing their chances of returning, though whether they are really ready to perform on the big stage again remains a question.
