The CCC has no right to refuse: deadlines for submitting documents for postponement
It is important for citizens who have the legal right to extend the deferral from mobilization to find the right time to submit the required documents. Lawyers explain that it is worth contacting the territorial recruitment center shortly before the current deferral expires.
Experts note that if the documents are submitted too early, when the previous deferral is still valid, they may formally refuse to accept. This is because the applicant already has a valid deferral; therefore, there are no grounds for reconsideration.
Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan emphasizes the importance of the date of the commission meeting. According to him, documents should be submitted only after the information about the previous deferral is removed from the register. If, for example, commission meetings are held every Friday, this schedule should be taken into account in advance.
Another lawyer, Vladislav Derii, recommends submitting an application a few days before the deferral expires. The ASC must issue a confirmation of receipt of documents. At the same time, during the period of consideration of the application and after the issuance of a new postponement, no mobilization measures can be applied to citizens.
Therefore, both the grounds for filing and the exact calculation of the terms are important.
Earlier in our material, we examined 7 cases when the law is on the side of citizens. In addition, it was reported that the CCC can delay the process without violating the law, and it was also discussed whether mobilized pensioners can receive payments.
