Експерт розглянув ситуацію з дефіцитом пального у квітні та можливі перспективи погіршення

The expert reviewed the situation with the fuel shortage in April and possible prospects for deterioration

Many drivers in Ukraine are worried about the possible shortage of fuel in April. Andrii Zakrevskyi, who is the deputy director of the Association of Energy and Natural Resources of Ukraine, assures that there will be no shortage, because all the necessary volumes of fuel are already included in the contracts.

On the broadcast of the Ranok.LIVE program, the specialist specified that critical risks were minimized thanks to the diversification of supply sources. Currently, Ukraine implements fuel from more than ten countries, among which Saudi Arabia and Nigeria have recently joined.

Zakrevskyi also reported that negotiations are ongoing with new suppliers from other regions, including the Middle East. This will contribute to the further stability of the market.

He emphasized that despite the availability of resources, fuel prices may remain unstable. However, the market will be able to function without significant obstacles, provided there is a sufficient amount of fuel.

The situation with prices has already undergone changes due to the escalation of the conflict in the Middle East and the increase in the price of oil on a global scale. The Government of Ukraine is taking measures to stabilize the market.

Experts estimate that in April 2026, the price of diesel may reach 100 hryvnias per liter. However, even in this case, there is still no reason to assume a shortage at gas stations.

Previously, it was reported about a possible serious shortage of diesel fuel in Ukraine, as well as ways to save fuel for drivers in conditions of rising prices.
