Military or civilian pension: what benefits will a former serviceman receive?

Career military members who have the necessary length of service can receive a pension according to a special law on pensions for military personnel. This approach provides separate rules for calculating the pension and usually provides for higher payments.

Determining the amount of pension payments for military personnel

The amount of the pension is determined after establishing the disability group and checking the supporting documents.

Group I – 100% of the old-age pension;
