In Zatoka, a ban on going to the sea was announced until the end of the war — an official community resolution

Due to the threat to civilian lives during the war, access to the beaches of the Black Sea in the Karolino-Buhaz community has been prohibited until the end of martial law.

This information was made public on the official page of the community.

The ban applies to all citizens, except for military personnel and those carrying out special tasks.

According to the order issued on June 7, 2024, and the village head’s decree from April 17, 2025, the main reason for the ban is the threat to the lives of the civilian population due to military actions and the potential presence of dangerous objects along the coast.

What is prohibited and who is responsible:

Hotel owners, recreation centers, and other enterprises are prohibited from accepting vacationers. They are also required to check the adjacent areas daily for suspicious objects and report them to law enforcement or the State Emergency Service (SES).

These restrictions will remain in place until the official end or cancellation of martial law in Ukraine.
