Secrets of the star’s youth: cosmetic procedures of Olya Polyakova

A famous Ukrainian singer shared the secrets that allow her to maintain a fresh and well-groomed appearance without surgical intervention, except for Botox. Polyakova said she avoids plastic surgery and prefers modern procedures that activate natural skin regeneration processes.

Olya Polyakova revealed how she maintains her youth, believing that regular care and the latest methods can be as effective as radical changes.

In one of the interviews, the artist emphasized that she cannot imagine herself without RF-lifting, a procedure that uses radio waves to stimulate collagen production and tighten the skin. The singer performs facial massage and other hardware procedures, such as SMAS-lifting (ultrasound lifting) and microcurrents.

According to her, she has never resorted to plastic surgery and does not plan to do so in the future. The only thing she has done is Botox.

Polyakova urged her fans not to blindly copy her procedures because they all depend on the individual characteristics of the skin and the type of aging. What suits her may be ineffective or even harmful to others.

— Apart from Botox, I have not had any injections in my face. Everything else is hardware procedures, the singer emphasized.

It is known that Victoria Beckham maintains her ideal physical shape not thanks to fashionable diets, but thanks to a stable diet, which she has been following for 25 years. According to her husband, David Beckham, the star has the same dish for dinner daily- grilled fish and vegetables. Victoria also allows herself a little red wine, but generally watches her diet and associates good health with a proper diet.
