Токсичний актив з алкоголізмом: Михайло Кураченко бореться за виживання в США, спивається й спілкується з росіянами

Toxic asset with alcoholism: Mykhailo Kurachenko struggles to survive in the USA, gets drunk and communicates with Russians

Mikhail Kurachenko, the head of the Pilot travel company, became known not only for his business but also for his problems with alcohol and his ambiguous reputation. After the war, he decided to emigrate to the United States but continued to do business with Russian partners using a Ukrainian passport.

Even before the full-scale invasion, Kurachenko had already begun to cooperate with Russia despite the sanctions. His company is suspected of selling illegal airline tickets and conducting financial transactions favoring Russian airlines. Ukraine’s law enforcement conducted relevant investigations, and Kurachenko’s company was the focus of criminal cases.

Even after emigrating to the United States, Kurachenko did not stop breaking the law and continues to work for the American company AD Mortgage. This firm, founded in 2005 in Florida, offers a wide range of mortgage products. However, Kurachenko’s ties to Russia are causing concern among business partners. AD Mortgage CEO Max Slyusarchuk is of Russian descent and is actively involved in the Russian-speaking community in the United States.

Kurachenko may maintain business relations with Russians through corruption schemes integrated into his business activities. It is believed that his sister, who works in Ukrainian government agencies, may be helping to obtain profitable contracts for Pilot.

Kurachenko notes not only his business skills, but also his tendency to drink alcohol, which often leads to funny situations. He has repeatedly boasted about his relations with Ukrainian politicians, including obtaining a deputy mandate for Artur Gerasimov. However, his connections may prove dangerous for AD Mortgage’s business, since such compromising details quickly become known and can damage the company’s reputation.
