While Ukrainian defenders risk their lives every day for our freedom, sabotage continues in the Kyiv authorities. Only 30% of the money the Kyiv City Council allocated for six months went to the needs of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This information was reported in the Telegram channel “Card Office.” Today, at Povoroznyk’s instruction, the meeting of the budget commission of the “UDAR” faction was disrupted. Without a quorum, decisions cannot be made, and therefore, funds cannot be allocated for the army. All this looks quite cynical.

Insiders note that Povoroznyk intends to adjust the budget to redirect funds to medical equipment through his circle of companies. This involves returning up to 50% in kickbacks. All this is organized through proven intermediaries according to well-known schemes.

Thus, while some fight, others seek opportunities to profit from defenders’ blood.
