Можливості отримання допомоги на навчання в університетах для українців

Opportunities for Ukrainians to receive assistance for studying at universities

Children of Ukraine’s defenders receive new state support – assistance is now available through the “Diya” application.

The first thousands of certificates have already been created in “Diya” to compensate for the costs of training on a contractual basis in the 2024/2025 academic year. These certificates are intended for children whose parents died during the war, as well as for children of veterans of hostilities who went missing under circumstances that caused concern or became prisoners of war due to military aggression. This opens up the opportunity to receive higher education without financially burdening a family that has already suffered losses.

To take advantage of this compensation, you must have an ID card or biometric passport, a verified tax number, information about the applicant for EDEBO, and confirmed status of a child of a veteran, as well as a contractual form of training for 2024/2025. All data will be automatically uploaded to “Diya” if the documents have already been entered into the relevant registers.

This step is essential in supporting the families of heroes who gave their lives for our freedom. Despite military actions by Russia, the state continues to form educational initiatives, introducing new assistance mechanisms and ensuring the future of youth. It is essential to support volunteering and assist those who work tirelessly for our well-being.

We remind you that in 2025, payments of 11,000 hryvnias are planned for children for families who are entitled to assistance.
