Weather forecast in Ukraine for August 12, 2025: temperature and precipitation

Forecasters predict moderate temperatures and local rains on August 12, which may affect only the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions. The wind is expected to be mild, and the air will generally be quite warm, especially in the south and central parts of the country.

On Tuesday, variable cloudiness is forecast in Ukraine, but no significant precipitation is expected, except for the Kharkiv and Luhansk regions, where short-term rains are possible in some places.

The wind will blow mainly from the northwest at a speed of 5–10 m/s, which may create a feeling of coolness in several regions.

The temperature at night will range from +9 to +14 degrees in most regions, while in the south and southeast, a slightly warmer air background is forecast, from +14 to +19 degrees. During the day, the temperature will rise to +20–25 degrees, and in the southern, central regions, and Transcarpathia, a further rise to +24–29 degrees is possible.
