The CCC has access to information about your place of residence, work and treatment as part of the new mobilization
A new stage of mobilization is starting in Ukraine, accompanied by the expansion of the powers of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRCs).
Instead of looking for men in public places, the TRCs now have the opportunity to receive information directly from the offices.
Automatic registration
The Ministry of Defense announced that all men aged 25 to 60 who have not yet been registered for military service will be automatically included on the lists. The process will be without delays or the need to submit applications—the system will find your registration itself.
Lawyer Kateryna Anishchenko notes that the TRCs will receive access to the demographic register, where they will be able to track registration addresses. Suppose you do not update your information in the “Reserve +” application. In that case, you will be assigned a registration at the address where you are officially registered, even if you do not live there.
Education information
If you received an education in the medical, pharmaceutical, or technical field, your alma mater can provide the TRC with information about you. Universities are required to report graduates with specialties subject to military registration.
“My client worked as a saleswoman, but was a pharmacist by education, and the company confirmed this information to the CCC,” the lawyer comments.
Actual place of residence
If you rent an apartment but have not updated your address, you may violate the requirement to register at your actual place of residence. When updating your data through official services, the CCC will automatically receive this information.
Marital status data
The state has civil status registers for marriages, births, and divorces. This means that the CCC can determine whether a conscript has a wife, children, or other family ties by making an official request.
However, sometimes misunderstandings arise. “The CCC often requests information that does not exist in nature, for example, about brothers or sisters,” the lawyer notes.
Unexpected summonses
Summons can come with utility bills, and such cases have already been recorded.
Lawyer Roman Simutin also emphasizes that the CCC can obtain limited access to medical data and to information from the demographic register, which is one of the most complete databases in Ukraine.

Recall that evaders will have only two weeks, since the CCC has already taken final measures. Lawyers advise on what exactly needs to be done to avoid severe liability.
It also became known that, in the future, mobilization measures may apply to Ukrainians in Europe; the Armed Forces of Ukraine’s plans on this topic are being discussed.
