“Kyivstar” changes conditions for subscribers: what to expect from December 1

Mobile operator “Kyivstar” has announced new conditions for service provision effective from December 1, 2025.

The changes are related to Ukraine’s integration into a single roaming space with EU countries, which will allow Ukrainians to use communications abroad under conditions as similar as possible to domestic ones. Relevant information is presented on the company’s official website.

New system for voice tariffs

From December, corporate clients will be able to use the “Roaming like at home” service, which will allow them to use their tariff packages outside of Ukraine without the need to make additional connections or settings.

Among the main innovations:

Unlimited incoming calls while roaming;
a single volume of minutes for calls within the “Kyivstar” network, other Ukrainian operators, and international numbers;
For some tariffs, part of the mobile Internet provided in Ukraine will also be available abroad.
After using packet minutes and megabytes, standard tariffs will apply: UAH 1.50 per minute for calls on the network and UAH 0.06 per megabyte of Internet.
The changes apply to users of Smart, LOVE UA Choice, LOVE UA Song, and Business tariff plans. Business, Business UA. Idea, Business UA. Scale, Business LOVE UA, and other similar plans.

Update for IoT tariffs

In addition, “Kyivstar” is changing the conditions for subscribers with IoT tariffs. Now they will receive unlimited incoming calls, and the cost of outgoing calls to “Kyivstar” numbers, other Ukrainian networks, and host countries will be UAH 1 per minute. Subscribers will receive a standard volume of SMS; once that volume is reached, Ukrainian tariffs will apply.

Shared or separate roaming amounts will be provided for mobile Internet:

IoT 25 – 300 MB in roaming;
IoT 45 – 2000 MB, then – UAH 0.06 per MB;
Modem – 9.7 GB, after which – UAH 0.06 per MB;
Streaming is a separate volume of 16.2 GB, and the pricing is the same as in Ukraine.
At the same time, “Kyivstar” will cancel roaming packages for the IoT Start tariff and several archive tariffs, including Business Mini, Business Basic, Business Standard, IoT Reserve, and others.
