Delivery rates update: Nova Poshta changes prices for its services

From April 13, 2026, Nova Poshta is introducing new tariffs for its services. This decision is related to the need to adapt prices to current market conditions and increasing operating costs.

The main reasons for approving the new tariffs include the increase in the cost of living, the unstable situation on the global energy market, rising fuel prices, as well as the increase in costs for partner services – from communications to electricity. The company also emphasizes that it continues to invest in the safety of shipments, network reliability and increasing employee salaries.

It is worth noting that some services will remain unchanged, in particular, packaging of small parcels, branded envelopes for documents, redirection during delivery and a commission for the declared value of up to 500 hryvnias will remain free of charge. The price of storing parcels in branches, the “Transfer Point” service, surcharges for sending from villages and settlements, as well as packaging for medium and large shipments will also not change.

New tariffs are also being introduced from April 13. The cost of delivering documents within the city will be 70 hryvnias, and within Ukraine — 80 hryvnias. This amount already includes a branded cardboard envelope.

For parcels weighing up to 30 kg, there will be free packaging in a branded package within the range from 0.5 to 4 kg. The cost of delivery within the city: up to 2 kg — 70 hryvnias, up to 10 kg — 115 hryvnias, up to 30 kg — 180 hryvnias. Within Ukraine: up to 2 kg — 90 hryvnias, up to 10 kg — 135 hryvnias, up to 30 kg — 200 hryvnias.

For cargoes over 30 kg, the cost of the tariff will be interconnected with the direction: within the city — 7 hryvnias per kilogram, between branches across Ukraine — from 11 hryvnias per kilogram depending on the tariff zone.
