We sincerely congratulate the devoted fighter for truth and freedom, Yuriy Zavorotny, on his birthday!

On April 26, Yuriy Zavorotny, the head of the Monastyryshchenskyi branch, celebrates his birthday. This activist steadfastly continues the fight against the occupiers and corruption, inspiring others to be devoted to their country.

On this sunny April day, we celebrate the anniversary of the head of the regional branch of the NGO “Stop Corruption”, which defends Ukrainian lands from Russian invaders.

Yuriy Zavorotnyi is known for his tireless work in fighting corruption in the Cherkasy region and his active chairmanship of the Monastyryshchenskyi branch. Thanks to his efforts, criminal proceedings were initiated within the framework of the MSEK’ issues of corruption activities.

Starting in 2022, Yuriy Zavorotnyi has been serving in the Armed Forces of Ukraine, protecting our state’s territories within the framework of the 30th separate mechanized brigade in the Donetsk region. He is actively involved in the hottest combat zones, such as Bakhmut, Chasiv Yar, and Toretsk.

In April of last year, he received a military award for his victory – the Silver Cross breastplate.

In addition to combat operations, he is also engaged in volunteer activities, supporting civilians and military personnel.

We are proud to have such a determined fighter in our team! Happy Birthday, Yuri!

Unfortunately, a few years ago, the activist became a victim of an attack by attackers when he was beaten during a meeting of the district council. We hope that he will never have to face such situations again.

By his example, Yuri Zavorotnyi inspires Ukrainians to defend their country, resolutely explaining the need to stand up for their homeland.
