Forecasters pleased Ukrainians with a positive prediction

May 21 in Ukraine is expected to have cloudy weather with occasional clarifications, and rainfall is possible.

According to the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, moderate rain is forecast for the eastern regions, specifically in Dnipropetrovsk and partly in Zaporizhzhia. In other areas, precipitation is not expected, and under the influence of the high-pressure field, cloudiness will decrease, allowing the sun to warm the air more.

In the afternoon, the temperature in Ukraine is expected to fluctuate between +19 and 24 °C. Clouds, without precipitation, will also be observed in the Kyiv region and the capital. The wind will remain from the west at the same speed. The temperature in Kyiv is forecasted to be between +22 and +24 °C.

During the week, the temperature in the capital is expected to rise; however, on May 24, a short-term cooling is possible. Later, the indicators will increase again.

This year’s spring in Ukraine, particularly May, was unusually cool compared to previous years. In many regions, the temperature remains lower than usual; in some places, night frosts are recorded. However, forecasters say that the situation will change, though surprises are still possible.
