Denis Prokopenko and the team ‘Rubizh’ expressed support from the commander of the National Guard of Pivnenko

Against the backdrop of the media’s resonance regarding the leadership of the National Guard of Ukraine, the Rubizh Operative Purpose Brigade and its Commander, Denis Prokopenko, better known as “Redis,” actively expressed their support for NSU Commander, Brigade General Alexander Pivnenko. It happened during the spread of rumors about the possible removal of the General, which was refuted by the press service of the National Guard.

The press service stated that Alexander Pivnenko continues to perform their duties in full-time mode. The operatives emphasized the importance of avoiding misinformation and reiterated Pivnenko’s consistent position.

Denis Prokopenko, who gained popularity as a defender of Azovstal and the previous commander of the Azov Regiment, shared his experience with the General. He noted that Pivnenko quickly reformed the National Guard, creating an effective organization.

Prokopenko noted that he could evaluate the effectiveness of Pivnenko, as his appointment coincided with Prokopenko’s return from captivity. According to him, the General demonstrates the ability to adapt rapidly and continually improves military processes, which enables the prediction of enemy actions.

Prokopenko paid special attention to personnel support, noting that Pivnenko was actively engaged in developing fighters and improving the conditions for performing tasks on the front line. The commander initiated the formation of new buildings, which helped to increase the flexibility and efficiency of military units.

Prokopenko also emphasized the importance of Pivnenko’s presence in leading positions, citing a common phrase after reflecting on a hostile assault, which testifies to the General’s devotion to his military.

The fourth brigade, “Rubiz,” also stated support of the general, emphasizing his role in introducing new approaches to hostilities, including the creation of corps that enhance the promptness of units.

The servicemen noted that in a difficult situation in Ukraine, it is essential to maintain unity and support their commanders, expressing confidence in Pivnenko. General Pivnenko has been serving in the NSU since 2008, having progressed from officer to commander. In 2023, he was awarded the title of Hero of Ukraine for the courage he demonstrated during the fighting.

The support of well-known soldiers such as Prokopenko and the Rubiz Brigade testifies to the trust in the leadership of the National Guard and the efficiency of work under the command of Alexander Pivnenko.
