Pensioners abroad were informed about new requirements: what actions need to be taken

Ukrainians living abroad can now obtain a certificate of pension income online, eliminating the need to visit the Pension Fund physically. The Pension Fund of Ukraine’s press service made this announcement.

Thanks to online services, you can submit requests for a certificate of pension payments even when you are outside the country. Such a certificate confirms the amount of pension payments for a specific period and may be necessary in the following cases:

for registration of social benefits or assistance;
as confirmation of financial capacity;
when submitting documents to consulates and other institutions.
Procedure for obtaining a certificate online

To obtain a certificate, you will need:

A qualified electronic signature (QES) of the Ukrainian sample;
Internet access.
Here are step-by-step instructions:

Visit the Pension Fund of Ukraine’s website and click “Login” in the upper-right corner.
Log in using your QES.
In your account, find the “Communications with the Pension Fund” section and select “Request for receiving electronic documents.”
Select “Pensioner’s income certificate” from the drop-down list in the form.
Specify the required period, fill in the required fields, confirm your consent to the processing of personal data, and click “Send to the Pension Fund.”
After sending the request, you will receive confirmation of its receipt. You can monitor the status of your application and the readiness of the certificate in the “My Applications” section.

The electronic services of the Pension Fund of Ukraine offer pensioners abroad the opportunity to quickly obtain the necessary documentation that may be useful for resolving daily and legal issues. All that is needed is an electronic signature and a little free time.
