The Kremlin has reached an agreement with the Taliban: the Afghans will build military infrastructure in the captured territories

The Kremlin is trying to overcome the shortage of labor in the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine by attracting labor migrants from Afghanistan. According to the Center of National Resistance, Russia has agreed with the terrorist movement “Taliban” to supply workers for military facilities.

Moscow continues to strengthen its control over the occupied Ukrainian territories, using not only military methods but also economic ones. One of such measures is the attraction of workers from other countries.

According to the Center, the agreements reached with the “Taliban” provide for the employment of Afghan citizens at military infrastructure facilities, in particular in the construction of logistics hubs in these territories.

Afghans are offered salaries that are noticeably higher than those received by residents. This indicates a blatant disregard for the interests of Ukrainians who remained in the occupied territories and suggests a policy of displacement.

Experts note that the situation bears signs of labor colonialism. Instead of supporting the local population, Russia uses foreign labor for its military purposes.

This once again confirms that the Kremlin views the temporarily occupied Ukrainian territories exclusively as resources – human, economic, and territorial, which they exploit without taking into account the interests of the local population.
