Violations by tax evaders: the CCC clarified the procedure for calculating fines

If the conscript fails to update the information and ignores the summons, these violations will be recorded separately.

The head of the legal service of the Kherson CCC and SP, Major of Justice Serhiy Myakenky, noted during the live telethon that failure to comply with the requirements may result in multiple fines being imposed.

According to current legislation, specifically Article 36 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, all violations committed by a person are recorded separately. For example, if a man did not update his data by July 16, did not appear for the summons, and ignored the repeated medical examination by June 5, all these violations will be recorded separately.

However, this does not mean the automatic imposition of multiple fines. According to the law, the penalties will be determined within the framework of sanctions for the most serious violation. That is, although it will not be possible to avoid liability, multiple punishments for each case will not be applied separately.

It is also worth noting that the fine for violating mobilization legislation for individuals ranges from 17,000 to 25,500 hryvnias.

The information portal also previously reported that fines from the CCC can exceed 50,000 hryvnias, and conscripts will have no chance to evade service.

Additionally, the portal reported that a delay at the registration stage may increase the likelihood of mobilization when considering documents.

Our sources also reported instances where Ukrainians with deferments are detained on the streets, raising questions about the possibility of independently canceling CCC protection from mobilization.
