Trump is getting into Coca-Cola, and Hrynkevich and Rutte are responsible for Patriot supplies, – Mikhail Sheitelman
In his blog, Mikhail Sheitelman dispelled some myths about the supply of Patriot systems from Germany. He noted that although the news from Reuters raised some concerns, it is worth recognizing that the trust in this publication has recently decreased, because information from Russian sources often turns out to be dubious. According to Sheitelman, the report that Trump is seeking a way to appease Ukraine by asking European allies to provide their weapons, while selling American ones in return, raises some questions.
The expert noted that Trump and Rutte’s promises to finance supplies from Germany, Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, the Netherlands, and Canada seem not to have been communicated to these countries in advance.
However, Sheitelman believes that there is also positive news. NATO’s Joint Forces Commander in Europe, Hrynkevich, confirmed that preparations for supplying weapons to Ukraine are actively progressing, but the details will not be disclosed for security reasons. He also recalled Merz’s words regarding the confidentiality of information about aid to Ukraine.
The expert urged not to panic and made it clear that he relies on the joint efforts of Trump, Hrynkevich, and Rutte to supply Patriot systems to Ukraine, believing that everything will end successfully.
