”Juice”s” mother believes that the State Bureau of Investigation is disrespecting her son’s memory

It is worth noting that investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation searched the apartment of the deceased pilot Andriy Pilshchikov, known by the call sign “Juice”. The hero’s mother, Liliya Averyanova, regarded these actions as an insult to her son’s memory.

In Kharkiv, investigators from the State Bureau of Investigation searched the apartment of the deceased Hero of Ukraine, pilot Andriy Pilshchikov. According to his mother, the actions of law enforcement officers are related to the investigation into the case of Vitaliy Shabunin, the head of the Anti-Corruption Center.

According to Liliya, the search took place on July 11. She emphasized that this apartment holds great importance for her, as it is where her son grew up. The woman learned about the search through a phone call while she was in Kyiv. The law enforcement officers said that they would break down the door if she did not arrive.

“They simply informed me that they were going to break down the door because they were looking for the criminal. I barely stopped them,” recalls Averyanova.

Her neighbor, who had the keys, managed to open the door. Liliya claims that there was no search warrant and asked investigators not to touch her things.

“This apartment survived the war; the fascists did not destroy it. But now their people have broken in here. After that, I ended up in the hospital – it was a lot of stress,” says the pilot’s mother.

The woman explained that she had previously allowed her son’s friends who came to Kharkiv to use the apartment. Among them was Vitaly Shabunin, who, according to her, supported the care of the apartment.

SBI spokeswoman Tetyana Sapyan noted that the investigative actions were carried out as part of a case of fraud and evasion of duty by one of the service members. She confirmed that all actions were carried out by the law and had court sanctions.

Earlier, the State Bureau of Investigation reported that Shabunin is suspected of improperly performing military service after mobilization, and he described this case as a political reprisal. On July 15, the court imposed a preventive measure in the form of a personal bond on him, effective until August 20.
