Savings Bank clients are victims of suspicious card accounts, losing thousands of hryvnias. This was reported by one of the victims to the Ministry of Finance.

The woman appealed, noting that 4 thousand hryvnias were written off without her knowledge. The victim was a person whose account was charged in two stages due to an unknown online signature for a game service.

She assures that she did not issue any subscriptions, and her office had activated payments without her knowledge, which she was unaware of. “I received a message from Viber from Oschadbank, which I was robbed of almost 4000 UAH because of a subscription to some game site,” she shared.

After the woman contacted the bank, her card was blocked, and access to the application was restricted. However, the issue of refunded funds remained open. “Only by calling the hotline, she received notifications about suspicious activity and lock” Savings24 “.
