Specialists of the GUR of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine carried out a successful operation on the Tendrivskaya Spit

Ukrainian special forces conducted a daring operation on the Tendrivska Spit, during which they destroyed enemy equipment and captured key facilities, including the Zont electronic warfare complex and the Rosa radar station.

The Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine reported that the operation took place on the night of July 27-28 in the northern part of the Black Sea. Specialized units landed on the Tendrivska Spit, where they struck the positions of the occupation forces, destroying their equipment, among which were the Zont electronic warfare complex and the Rosa radar.

The operation ended without losses on the Ukrainian side, but the Ukrainian flag was raised over the liberated territory. The specialists successfully eliminated enemy equipment and strengthened control over a significant area.

The “Zont” complex is a critically important element of the enemy’s defense system, designed to combat drones at a distance of up to 5 km. It is capable of identifying and destroying UAVs, although in reality, its effectiveness is limited due to insufficient performance against modern drones with small effective scattering areas.

The operation also destroyed the “Rosa” radar station, which is capable of detecting aircraft, missiles, and UAVs at a distance of up to 25 km.

This successful operation testifies to the continued efforts of the Ukrainian military to ensure control over the Black Sea and counter the occupation forces.
