Termination of mobilization deferrals: Read the “Reserve+” after the specified date
By 5:30 in the morning, on August 7, 2025, most of the mobilization deferrals were still in effect. However, after this date, persons subject to military service will have to take care of the continuation of their status, especially taking into account the duration of martial law.
Automatic extension through the Reserve+Program will not take place for everyone.

Verification of Status in “Reserve+”
If you have already received a deferral through the Reserve+Digital Program, its continuation should be automatic. However, in practice, the system often fails. If you do not see a confirmation of the deferral, it is better to act, even if formally you are not allowed to call.
Appeal to the shopping center to confirm
If you received a deferral through the territorial assembly center, then, according to the Cabinet of Ministers No. 560 of May 16, 2024, the resubmission of documents is not required. The military commissariats are obliged to check the grounds and extend the delay. However, if they have doubts, they can invite additional documents.
Action in case the deferral is not displayed in “Reserve+”
Even if you have all the necessary documents, the information in the application may not be updated. In such a situation, it is not required to delay, because the lack of continuation can be interpreted as a refusal to the right to defer, which can lead to mobilization. It is recommended that you contact the CCC and reapply for the necessary documents to confirm the status.
Although the legislation indicates that the CCC is responsible for initiating the continuation of the deferral, in practice, technical or organizational mistakes are not uncommon. As a result, even with the correct design of the deferral, its absence in the database “Reserve+” can cause a call to the CCC. Therefore, it is essential to check your status after August 7 and, if necessary, visit the military commissariat.
Persons employed in the scientific or educational fields should be prudent. To maintain the right to a deferral, one week before the expiration of the period of mobilization (until August 7), you must provide a certificate confirming your position and work status to the CCC. The lack of such a certificate can lead to the invalidity of documents.
Earlier, the Tax Code expressed dissatisfaction with some Ukrainians and called them “an abnormal part of society.” It was also reported that individuals who have reached the age of 17 are required to maintain military records; otherwise, they face fines.
