The NACP is conducting an inspection of Ivan Sobko through 12 plots in Bryukhovychy that are not listed in the declaration for 2024

The National Agency for the Prevention of Corruption (NACP) has begun an investigation into the assets of Ivan Sobko, Deputy Head of the Lviv Regional State Administration. This initiative was prompted by the discovery of several land plots in Bryukhovychi that are related to the official’s family but not listed in his 2024 declaration.

During the investigation, the NACP is focusing on 12 land plots located in the village of Bryukhovychi. It turned out that the most significant part of these lands belongs to Sobko’s father-in-law, Ihor Kadykal, as well as other members of his family. Among them:

0.69 hectares on Shyroka Street – belongs to Ihor Yakym;
0.0041 hectares on Malinova Street – belongs to Ivan Sobko’s father, Mykhailo;
0.0041 hectares on the same street – belongs to Ivan Sobko’s brother, Mykola;
0.1 ha on Shkilnaya Street – belongs to Ivan Sobko’s mother, Olga;
Five land plots of 0.06 ha each on Nezalezhnosti Street – belong to Ivan Sobko’s father-in-law, Ihor Kadykal;
0.074 ha on Kurortnaya Street – belongs to Ihor Kadykal;
Another plot of 0.074 ha on the same street – belongs to Ihor Kadykal;
0.09 ha on Kurortnaya Street – also belongs to Ihor Kadykal.
These real estate objects were not listed in Ivan Sobko’s declaration for 2024. According to official information, his family has:

land plots in the village of Malekhiv, purchased back in 2015;
a shared apartment in Bryukhovychy;
The Škoda Kodiaq car was released in 2020.
The NACP is currently investigating whether there were violations of anti-corruption legislation regarding the declaration of property by the official’s relatives.
