Ukrainians will receive additional payments of over 30 thousand hryvnias: who can use them and how
Military instructors in Ukraine will finally receive additional payments for their work.
Not so long ago, the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, signed a law introducing new allowances for teachers and instructors in military educational institutions. According to document No. 13320, these allowances apply not only to employees of training units but also to instructors who train cadets, officers, and sergeants in military higher educational institutions. Previously, such allowances, ranging from 15,000 to 30,000 hryvnias, were received only by specific categories of service members.
With its decision, the law resolves this inequality by providing additional payments to the teaching staff, which can contribute to the retention of experienced specialists and improve the training of a new generation of service members.
The qualifications, functions, and level of training of instructors will determine the amount of the monthly remuneration. The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine will determine the mechanism for calculating and specific amounts of additional payments in a new resolution.
These changes will not only improve the training of mobilized personnel, sergeants, and officers, but will also strengthen our country’s defense capabilities in the event of a continued war.
