How to act during a force mobilization: action plans to avoid “busification”

The mobilization situation in Ukraine is currently agitated. Discussions, street videos, and conflicts near territorial recruitment centers (TRCs) only increase this tension.

Silence only encourages the repetition of such cases, and this can have serious consequences for employees of the CCC – from disciplinary sanctions to criminal liability for the use of violence.
