Dmytro Glushchenko said whether Ukraine is capable of repelling an attack by a thousand shaheeds

On the program “Dialogues” with Ruslan Bortnyk, Dmytro Glushchenko shared his observations on the threat posed by enemy drones. He noted that even though thousands of drones could now fly into Ukraine, there are ways to intercept them. He also emphasized that if the enemy had modern technologies, which are now being acquired, he could have struck earlier.

Glushchenko noted that to counter a large number of drones, complex solutions are required, including interceptor drones and mobile groups that must act in coordination. He called for more effective organization in the rear, emphasizing that many responsible persons are not engaged in military tasks, but in unnecessary matters.

A crucial point is the need to establish structures based on territorial defense, which would involve farmers and other residents. Glushchenko believes that these groups can receive the necessary support, including equipment and weapons, and perform defense tasks.

Currently, numerous technical solutions can be implemented. Drone production is not fully loaded, and there is an opportunity to provide all the necessary needs,” Glushchenko added. He drew attention to the fact that, despite the country’s difficulties, enterprises can produce high-quality drones to meet the army’s needs.

Thus, the expert emphasizes the need to intensify efforts to protect airspace and enhance coordination among various military and civilian organizations.
