Robert Pattinson talks about how fatherhood has affected his life
Robert Pattinson shared his feelings about fatherhood in an interview with Icon magazine, noting that it has made him more “normal.”
“It’s interesting how life changes lead to the usual conversations about schools and kindergartens. It’s quite strange. I feel like I’ve become more grounded. Now I have to wear warm Patagonia jackets and cargo shorts. I have to,” the actor noted.
According to Robert, he had no idea that fatherhood would reveal so much patience in him. “I found that I have a lot of patience. It’s not even patience. I really enjoy the time spent with the child. It was a pleasant surprise for me,” he added.
Robert Pattinson and Suki Waterhouse became parents at the end of March 2024; a daughter joined their family.
The “With Love, Rosie” star was at the Coachella festival, where she confirmed she had given birth to a child with the actor, and it’s a girl.
After the festival, she opened up about her emotions and talked about the new stage in her life.
In addition, earlier reports indicated that Robert Pattinson could join the cast of the third part of “Dune,” titled “Messiah”. Director Denis Villeneuve is considering the 38-year-old actor for an as-yet-unspecified role. At the moment, this is only a possibility; no official offers or negotiations have yet been held.
