Wet snow and rain: weather forecast for October 19 from forecasters

On October 19, cloudy and rainy weather is expected across Ukraine, with some areas potentially seeing wet snow. The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center reports this.

The sky will be overcast, and rain will pass throughout the country. In the western regions and the Zhytomyr region, precipitation in the form of wet snow may fall at night. In the east, it will rain at night; during the day, there will be no significant precipitation, except in the far west, in the Odessa and Mykolaiv regions.

The wind will blow from the west and north-west at 7-12 m/s, and during the day, in the western regions of Odessa and Vinnytsia, gusts of 15-20 m/s are possible.

The air temperature at night will fluctuate from 2° to 7° Celsius in the far south, up to 10°. During the day, in the northern and western regions of Vinnytsia and Cherkasy, the thermometer will show 4° to 9°, in other territories, 8° to 13°.

Wet snow is expected in the Carpathians at night, with no precipitation during the day. The temperature at night is about 0°; during the day, it ranges from 1° to 4°.

Kyiv and the region will also be covered with clouds with rain. The wind is westerly, speed 7-12 m/s. The temperature in the capital at night will be 3-5°, and during the day, 6-8°. In the Kyiv region, the temperature at night will fluctuate between 2° and 7°, and during the day between 4° and 9°.
