Ballistic missile strike on Kyiv: buildings destroyed, kindergarten damaged, eight people injured
On the night of October 25, Kyiv was the target of a ballistic missile strike by Russia. An air alert was declared at around four in the morning against the backdrop of a threat of a missile attack. The Air Force recorded high-speed targets approaching the capital.
As a result of the attack, powerful explosions were heard across several areas of the city, prompting fires in the Desnyansky and Darnytsky districts. Non-residential buildings and cars were damaged. In the Dnipro district, the damage affected the residential area: windows were broken in some houses, cars were destroyed, and a crater formed in the yard.
The head of the KMVA confirmed information about damage to residential buildings in the Dnipro district. It was noted that eight people were injured as a result of the attack, three of whom were hospitalized, and the others were provided with medical assistance on the spot.
Recently, Kyiv has again been subjected to attacks, in which both Shahed drones and various types of missiles, including ballistic ones, are actively used.
