Online fines for tax evaders: CCC clarifies details of payment and removal from wanted list

Digital technologies are being actively implemented in Ukraine to simplify the military registration process. Now, citizens liable for military service can pay fines for various violations through the mobile application “Reserve +”.

Representatives of the Chernihiv Regional Center for Recruitment and Social Support spoke about the details of this process.

Payment of fines online is available in the following cases:

If you did not appear at the CCC upon summons;

did not register for military registration after reaching the age of 25;

did not change your registration address;
did not register after being released from prison;
did not register for military registration as an internally displaced person;
did not register at the place of work or study;
did not provide property or other resources during mobilization;
did not pass or refused a military medical examination.
Fines are applied to specific violations, so if there are several violations, you will need to pay for each one separately.

To pay a fine, the user must install the “Reserve+” application from the App Store or Google Play, log in, go to the “Online Fines” section, and submit an application for recognition of the violation. Within three days, the CCC will consider the application and send a resolution. Then the user has the option to pay half of the fine and is given 20 days to do so.

If the payment deadline is missed, the fine will increase to 17,000 UAH, and if there is a repeated written miss, to 34,000 UAH.

After a successful payment, the violation status is automatically updated, and the fine mark is removed. This usually takes up to four days. To see the changes, the user needs to update their digital military document in the application.

Currently, CCC employees emphasize that paying the fine does not exempt from military registration obligations. Summons may continue to be received, and systematic evasion of duties may entail criminal liability.
