Rain, snowfall and first frosts: weather forecasters announced the weather forecast for November 2025

Forecasters report on the weather conditions that await Ukraine in November. Although severe frosts are not expected, sunny days will be few, and warm weather will gradually leave us. Weather experts from Wisemeteo have revealed what to expect in the last month of autumn across the country.

Kyiv

In the capital, November will be relatively bright, though not without rain. During the first decade of the month, the air temperature will decrease. After that, a short-term warming is possible, but it will be followed by another period of coolness. At the end of the month, the temperature will fluctuate around zero. From November 12, frequent precipitation is expected, with the first snow likely on the 19th, which will quickly melt.

Kharkiv

In Kharkiv, forecasters predict many sunny days, but temperatures will vary. There will be little precipitation, though the weather will begin to change at the start of the month. From November 5, a gradual cooling will be observed, and from November 14 to 17, rain will fall. The first snow is forecasted for the end of the month, but severe frosts are not expected.

Odessa

Odessa is distinguished by its warmer weather: winter will be late, so residents will not feel much cold. There will not be so much precipitation, and the sky will remain partly cloudy. The temperature will range from +13° to +7°, and snow is not forecast in November, so locals will be able to enjoy mild autumn weather.

Lviv

Lviv will experience coolness and cloudy skies in November. There will be a few sunny days, and it will rain from the middle of the month. The air temperature will not exceed +10°, and frost is possible at night. The sky will be cloudy, so residents of Lviv should take warm clothes and a good mood.
