Zelensky personally discussed his divorce with Bednyakov

Ukrainian showman Andrii Bednyakov shared a curious episode from a meeting with President Volodymyr Zelenskyi, in which it was not about politics but about his personal life.

The last conversation between them took place after the awarding of the “National Legend of Ukraine” in August 2025, during which Bednyakov served as host.

In an interview on the Bombardier YouTube channel, which was released on October 31, the showman said that, rushing to change clothes after the event, he accidentally ran into the president and the first lady. At this moment, Zelensky recalled his divorce from actress Nastya Korotka.

“I quickly ran into the dressing room, and when I came out, the president and the first lady were still talking. He says, ‘I know you broke up, but I don’t want to ask questions.’ I answer: ‘You can,'” Bednyakov joked.

The showman admitted that he did not dare to ask the president counter-questions. “What would I ask? When will the war end? Why are deputies involved in corruption? I don’t know what to ask,” he honestly admitted.

This casual conversation, rather than discussing state affairs, showed that the president is aware not only of political events but also of show business news.
