The last warming before frost: weather forecast for November 8

Today, an anticyclone is over most of Ukraine, bringing clear, rainless weather. However, light rains are possible in Transcarpathia and the Carpathian Mountains.

Fog due to moist air is forecast in the northeastern, eastern, and western regions in the morning hours. During the day, the air temperature will vary from 9 to 16 degrees.

In Kyiv, mostly cloudy weather is expected, with no precipitation, and temperatures will remain around 4-6 degrees at night.

Forecasters predict that there will be more rain in Ukraine on November 11-12, and the air temperature will start to drop. This weekend is recommended for spending time in the fresh air, because next week frost will arrive in the region, and snow may fall in the Carpathian Mountains.

Weather conditions in Ukraine indicate the approach of cold, which may affect everyday life and energy security during the winter. Weather forecasters plan to publish the climatic characteristics of November and forecasts for the rest of autumn.

According to preliminary data, a short period of warming is expected from November 6 to 10. Still, from November 11 to 12, a noticeably colder spell will affect the country: at night, temperatures will drop below zero, and during the day, they will range from +2 to +8 degrees.
