Zakharchenko's house, where Galushchenko lived, did not attract the attention of investors

The scandalous house in Tsarskoye Selo, where former Energy Minister German Galushchenko once lived, has not attracted any potential managers. This was reported by Ukraine’s Minister of Economy, Oleksiy Sobolev.

This property, which previously belonged to Vitaliy Zakharchenko, the former Minister of Internal Affairs under Yanukovych, has again come under scrutiny. It was in this house that Galushchenko, associated with corruption scandals involving Energoatom and the “Mindich tapes”, lived.

According to Sobolev, the house was not put up for tender for several years. Only in September 2025 did the new acting head of ARMA post this position on the Prozorro platform to find a manager, but no offers were received.

“This building has not been put up for tender for a long time. The new acting head of ARMA put it up on Prozorro to find a manager only in September, but no manager has expressed a desire to deal with it,” the minister noted.

At the moment, the management of this property remains with the Asset Management and Tracing Agency (ARMA). The house has stood unchanged for the past four years.

Earlier, the media reported that Galushchenko was in this building even the night before the searches.
