Lifecell is introducing new changes for customers: switching to another tariff will become easier
Lifecell has simplified the procedure for changing tariff plans. The new version of the My lifecell application allows users to switch to the selected tariff quickly.
The company notes that the entire process is now automatic: open the application, select the “Tariffs” section, and choose the desired plan. After clicking the “Connect tariff” button, the changes are activated without delays and additional confirmations. This innovation will help subscribers manage their numbers more easily, since previously, calls or entering USSD codes were required.
The process of switching to a new tariff consists of three simple steps: open My lifecell, view the list of available tariffs, and click the connect button. This gives subscribers complete control over their settings and lets them quickly change the terms of communication.
The My lifecell application is available for installation on Android and iOS devices, and all functions are available to current users without restrictions.
Such changes are designed to make the tariff management process easier to understand, especially for those who previously avoided it because of complex procedures.
