Investigations into “Rezerv+” are over: lawyer gives reasons why this is not a mistake

The Reserve+ application no longer displays all required documents for terms exceeding 1 year. This became known thanks to a lawyer who shared the information in a TikTok video that went viral. According to him, this change was caused by legislative norms regulating the terms of administrative liability.

Currently, the maximum term during which a person liable for military service can be held administratively liable for violating military registration rules is 1 year. After this term, proceedings cannot be initiated or resumed. It is for these requirements that the Reserve+ application is configured to function.

As the lawyer notes, if a user finds a violation in the application, for example, from 11/26/2024, they can click the “Update document” button. After that, the mark will disappear, since the application automatically checks whether the terms of holding a person liable have not expired.

It is also worth noting that the digital document in the “Reserve+” application is an official confirmation of a person’s status as liable for military service. It contains essential information, including:

– information on the presence or absence of a deferment;
– the validity period of the deferment;
– registration group;
– data on being registered at the territorial recruitment center;
– other official information from the Unified State Register of Conscripts, Conscripts and Reservists.

Updating this document is an essential aspect of citizens’ interaction with the military registration system. The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the absence of a smartphone does not deprive a person of the right to receive confirmation of a deferment or other data. In this case, a person can contact the territorial recruitment center to obtain a paper document.
