PrivatBank announced new tariffs from January 1: what will be charged for
The state-owned PrivatBank announced the introduction of new tariffs for the delivery of bank cards, which will come into effect from January 1, 2026. From now on, customers will have to pay for the delivery of their cards, which applies to both credit and debit cards. In particular, these are new instant cards with a chip and magnetic stripe, as well as premium cards with a chip.
Previously, there was the possibility of ordering up to six cards per year for free, regardless of type. From now on, a fixed fee of 80 hryvnia will be charged for the delivery of cards within Ukraine. For reissued cards, delivery is subject to a differentiated tariff.
To order the delivery of a new or reissued card, customers can use the “Privat24” application. Just go to the “All cards” menu, select the card for reissue, go to settings and click “Order card”.
Delivery times in Ukraine via “Nova Poshta” or post offices are one day. For international deliveries, cards are transported by Nova Poshta within 7-14 days, and by Ukrposhta – from 7 to 30 days.
Customers are advised to check the packaging of the card upon receipt. It should be in a plastic bag or in the original Nova Poshta packaging. If damage is found, the card should be left inactive and the bank should be notified.
