Top 5 IT companies in Ukraine according to the 2025 survey

In 2025, more than 13,000 IT specialists from across Ukraine evaluated the activities of more than 680 companies in the field of information technology. The assessment was carried out according to criteria such as salary levels, working conditions, opportunities for career growth, projects, corporate culture, and social responsibility. The rating was compiled exclusively from employee feedback on those companies, ensuring the results’ objectivity. The rating was divided into several categories depending on the number of employees.

The best IT companies in Ukraine in 2025

1. Category “More than 1.5 thousand employees.”

In this category, Genesis won, scoring 95 out of 100 possible points and earning the title of the best employer among large IT companies in Ukraine. Second place went to Ciklum with a rating of 94 points. Third place went to N-iX, which received 89 points.

2. Category “800–1.5 thousand employees.”

The leadership among medium-sized companies belongs to UPSTARS, which confidently scored a perfect 99 points. Second place, with the same result, is occupied by SKELAR and mono, both with 99 points.

3. Category “200–800 employees.”

In this category, the highest score was received by Leobit – 100 points. The second and third positions were taken by Binotel and Universe Group, which also achieved the maximum result of 100 points.

4. Category “81–200 employees.”

In the category with the fewest employees, five companies achieved the maximum score of 100 points. These are Empat, inVerita, Lionwood (software), Linkup ST, and Infinity Technologies.

Also, the Ministry of Social Policy has amended the rules governing subsidy provision. Automatic reassignment of benefits will apply to pensioners, internally displaced persons, large families, and persons with disabilities.
