From 2026, to retire in Ukraine at age 60, citizens will need at least 33 years of insurance experience. Since 2017, the requirements for insurance experience have been increasing annually in Ukraine, and it is planned that the minimum experience will gradually increase to 35 years. If a person does not have time to accumulate the required experience, they will have to retire at 63 or even 65. According to the Pension Fund of Ukraine, the average length of service for people who will retire by age in 2025 will be 32 years and 9 months.

Now is the time to take simple, quick measures, such as thermal insulation, to prepare for potential cold weather. Although there is a government program regarding generators, its implementation may be delayed, so it is necessary to act now.
