Kyivstar caused outrage with a new tariff offer in the absence of communication
Mobile operator Kyivstar has introduced a new tariff offer, which has sparked negative reactions among subscribers due to known connection problems. This is stated in a statement by the communications company on its official Facebook page.
The new “Plan B” for Home Internet users allows subscribers to avoid paying a monthly fee. They can activate the service for individual days, paying 25 hryvnias per day.
To activate this service, you can use the “My Kyivstar” mobile application in the “Services” section, or send a request by dialing *561# from the number you are using, or contact the operator by calling 460.
However, the response from subscribers to the innovation has been far from positive. Users express dissatisfaction, reporting that despite paying for services, they do not actually receive the services they paid for. Many complaints concern both home Internet and mobile communications.
Subscribers’ comments look like this: “Don’t laugh – Kyivstar does not provide either home or mobile Internet, the connection is often absent”, “Since the beginning of February, there has been no home Internet. The issue has never been resolved! I applied three times, and three times my applications were closed without help!” “I wonder why the home Internet does not work, because there is no electricity, the fiber has not been laid in 4 years, but they offer two days of unlimited mobile Internet, which also does not work due to the power outage.”
