A building resembling a “fraudster’s fortress” has been discovered in the capital’s Zamkovyshche district. Preliminary data suggests that call center operators working in the US market may operate from this location.
This facility is characterized by complete autonomy, which provides comfortable conditions for long-term residence and continuous work of a group of people. The corresponding information was distributed by the Telegram channel “Vykryvach”.
Located at 9/2 Zoryanoy Lane, the house attracted attention due to suspicions that it was used for fraudulent activities. According to available information, the individuals involved in the scheme worked in the US and were constantly on site, avoiding leaving the building unless there was an urgent need.
This is a large private house with a total area of over 411 square meters. Previously, it was offered for long-term rent at $2,600 per month, noting that it is suitable for both residential and office use, which now appears especially relevant against the background of the aforementioned activity.
Among the features of the house are several floors, five rooms, a spacious living room, a two-car garage, a shelter, a generator, and backup power. Such infrastructure allowed it to function autonomously, maintaining work even during a power outage.
The property description also contained information about a generator room, parking spaces, and a terrace. However, what is critical is not so much convenience as the fact that this house provided all the conditions for isolated work by large groups of people in the format of a closed base.
Recently, the building looked like an ordinary property on the real estate market, but now its address is mentioned in connection with a possible fraudulent call center.
The situation with the house in Zamkovyshche once again emphasizes that not only offices can be used for criminal schemes, but also securely fortified private properties intended for long-term residence. Such objects are increasingly considered “fortresses” for shadow business.
Not long ago, a group of suspicious young men was spotted in an office at 5 B Zoologichna Street, where a fraudulent operation targeting EU citizens was operating. When journalists approached them, the “office” employees hastily left the premises.
