The head of the investigation department of the Kharkiv special police, Oksana Karpova, became the owner of a luxury car during the military conflict. This information is reported by Absolution Leaks.

Oksana Serhiivna lives in Kharkiv and currently performs the duties of an investigator. In July 2025, she purchased an Audi Q5 (201) for 1.2 million hryvnias.

According to the reports, her total income in 2025 was 985 thousand hryvnias, and she also received 1,000 hryvnias in the form of social benefits.

The price of the car significantly exceeds her official annual income.

In the declaration for 2024, Karpova indicated $ 35 thousand in cash, and for 2025 – only $ 12 thousand.

Thus, there is probably not enough money to buy a car.

It is also questionable how it was possible to accumulate $35,000 for the period from 2021 to 2023.

These aspects may arouse interest from the NACP.

It is noted that since 2016, Karpova has been living in a 50-meter apartment owned by Serhiy Mykolayovych Yarovy. The cost of housing is not reflected in the declaration, as are living expenses.
