Lawyers explain that deferment and fines are separate processes that are not related to each other. That is, if you are currently working, have submitted all the necessary documents, or have registered, this does not cancel old violations.

For example, in the case of one man who was registering for a new job and confirmed that he had not passed a military medical commission, he received a deferment as a teacher. However, the question of whether it is necessary to pay a fine remained open.

Lawyer Yuriy Ayvazyan noted that simply registering for registration and receiving a deferment does not relieve a person of responsibility.

If a fine has already been imposed, it must be paid: if it is 8,500 hryvnias, without paying on time, the amount can increase to 17,000 hryvnias. And if it comes to the enforcement service, your debt can increase to almost 40,000 hryvnias.

Lawyers emphasize that fulfilling these obligations is not a recommendation, but an obligation. Ignoring it will only worsen the situation, because the amount of fines will constantly increase.
