Веніславський не задекларував позику синові на 2 млн грн: НАЗК виявило, але покарання відсутнє, сини не служать

Venislavsky did not declare a loan to his son for 2 million UAH: the NACP found out, but there is no punishment, the sons do not serve

Fedir Venislavsky, a deputy from the Servant of the People party, has been actively defending the decision to increase mobilization in regional centers and opposes rotations in the defense committee. While he advocates for equality in mobilization, his eldest son Fedir works at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and recently bought a car for UAH 2.9 million and an apartment in Kharkiv. His youngest son Andriy currently lives abroad, and his father is lobbying for more lenient exit rules for his age group.

Fedir Venislavsky is a candidate of law and an experienced legislator. Since 2019, he has headed the subcommittee on national security and defense. He previously held the positions of Presidential Representative to the Constitutional Court and the Verkhovna Rada. In the committee, he has repeatedly blocked the issues of rotations and terms of service, which has drawn criticism from colleagues.

Currently, Venislavskyi justifies the changes in mobilization procedures by pointing to the inequality in the situation between large cities and rural areas: “There should be no sense of injustice when there are no men of draft age left in a small village, and in large cities young people live without any hint of war,” he noted.

However, despite calls to fight injustice, both of Venislavskyi’s sons live in comfortable conditions, where their lives are not at any risk. The eldest son, Fedir, works at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and, according to media reports, has business connections. He also recently purchased a Mercedes G-Class, which is used by the deputy.

According to Antikor, on May 27, 2024, he purchased an apartment in Kharkiv, and on February 14, 2026, a Toyota Land Cruiser. Venislavskyi did not declare a loan of 2 million hryvnias to his son in 2023, which prompted an investigation by the NACP. Although the body found a violation, the deputy was not punished.

The younger son Andriy, who is now 21-22 years old, also lives abroad. Venislavskyi supports the idea of allowing young people under 25 to leave, arguing that this does not threaten the state’s defense capabilities. Thus, a certain picture emerges: the legislator responsible for the country’s security evades the disclosure of financial assets, supports changes in legislation that are beneficial to him, and at the same time both of his sons remain outside the mobilization.
