The Ministry of Defense explained the reason for the failure in “Reserve+”: 32 Ukrainian women accidentally ended up on the “wanted list”
The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine commented on the case of the erroneous inclusion of 32 women in the “wanted” list in the “Reserve+” application. It was noted that this is the result of a technical error that has no legal consequences.
The department explained the circumstances that led to the unlawful inclusion of 32 Ukrainian women as wanted persons in the “Reserve+” application; the reason for this was a technical malfunction in the state register of military conscripts “Oberig”.
It is noted that the problem is episodic and is not of a mass nature. This concerns only individual cases of inaccurate display of information in the system, which do not mean a real wanted person or offenses by citizens.
The Ministry of Defense also clarified that notifications received about possible fines or status in the “Reserve+” application in these situations do not indicate administrative liability. Such notifications have no legal force and do not cause legal consequences.
To resolve the situation, women who have encountered this problem are advised to contact the government hotline at 1545 or the Ministry of Defense hotline at 1512. It is also possible to submit an application through the “1545” mobile application.
The agency assures that the specified data is currently being checked and corrected. All detected errors are planned to be eliminated by the end of April, after which the system will work normally again.
In addition, the Ministry of Defense emphasized that digital services are in the process of being improved, and such failures are part of the technical updates of the system.
It was previously reported that the Land Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine officially denied rumors about the possible mobilization of women, which are actively spreading in the Ukrainian media. The legislation remains unchanged – women serve exclusively on a voluntary basis. However, due to technical malfunctions in the “Oberig” system, some women without medical education were mistakenly included in the military register, and at the moment it is technically impossible to correct this situation.
