Скандал з Євробачення-2026: українську пісню раптово ''переклали'' російською та оприлюднили в інтернеті

Eurovision 2026 scandal: Ukrainian song suddenly ‘translated’ into Russian and published on the Internet

A scandal erupted around the competition song LELÉKA, Ukraine’s representative at Eurovision-2026. Attention was drawn to the Russian-language version of her composition Ridnym, which quickly spread online and caused a stormy reaction.

Users discovered a video with the Russian version of the song, but it turned out that this video is not official. It was created using artificial intelligence. This is reported by Korrespondent.net.

The video was uploaded to the YouTube channel SounZgood IT, registered in Italy. The channel generates covers in different languages using AI technologies. All the tracks presented there are digital versions, not live performances.

After the video was distributed, users began to actively react, leaving complaints and demands to remove the content. Many people recognized that the appearance of the Russian version is inappropriate, especially given the situation in Ukraine.

As a result of the indignation, the video with Russian text was removed from the channel. However, other versions of the song, including in Spanish and Greek, remained available.

The incident has once again raised questions among Eurovision fans about the ethical limits of using artificial intelligence in music and the importance of linguistic context.

LELÉKA will perform in the second semi-final of Eurovision 2026 in Vienna, where they will present the song “Ridnym” at number 12. The organizers of the contest have already announced the order of performances, and a professional jury will again participate in the evaluation of the competition.
